1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The Sweepstakes begins on May 17^th, 2023 and ends on June 15th, 2023, as stated in the email communication sent to Altus Power Subscribers. Please see emails for more Many may enter; only a few will win. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes.
2. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to Altus Power, LLC subscribers in the State of New York. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions will result in forfeiture of the prize. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. HOW TO ENTER: Entry does not require a payment or a purchase of any kind. To enter the Sweepstakes, an Entrant must submit a survey response before June 15^th, 2023. Survey link will be sent via email to Altus Power Customers.
4. WINNER SELECTION: The Winner(s) of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes and determines the order of receipt of entries. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by email and/or a phone call after the random drawing. Winner must accept the prize as directed by Sponsor within one week of Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including but not limited to, inactive account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any account.
